B&D Basketball Camp

David started B&D Basketball Camps in 2004. At the time, he had several years of experience working youth basketball camps for the Detroit Pistons. His passion for teaching basketball, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with younger kids made the camp an instant success. He had the unique ability to intertwine basketball lessons with those of life. David consistently emphasized the importance of dedication, teamwork, and, of course, always saying “please and thank you.”  As a result, kids of all skill levels left the camp feeling empowered and confident.

The Foundation’s goal is to continue David’s commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all campers. The camp will retain his original blueprint for teaching basketball fundamentals and encompass his strong sense of passion and competitiveness. Future camps will be operated by family, friends, teammates, and even a few former B&D campers. Please stay tuned for upcoming camp dates and registration details.
